Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I make sure to focus the entire appointment on you and your needs. If you are running late, please understand that I cannot extend your appointment time as that will take away time from the patient whose appointment is booked after yours. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice, so that I may accommodate others who are waiting for an appointment.
The patient is responsible for full payment for late cancellations or missed appointments. We do not take cancellations on the weekend for Monday appointments.
